Learning by doing
Each Monlavero course module is structured around a concrete output. You do not finish a module having only read and watched. You finish with something made: a draft business plan, a completed target audience profile, a structured invoice template, a rate calculation sheet. These outputs become the foundation of your actual business.
We believe the best way to learn entrepreneurship is to practise it in a structured environment where mistakes are part of the process. Personal coaching sessions allow you to test your thinking, get honest feedback and refine your approach before committing to it.
The structure is modular by design. You can complete modules in sequence or select the ones most relevant to your current situation. Someone who already has a business idea but needs help with administration will have different needs from someone still exploring whether self-employment is right for them. Both are welcome.
