Guidance shaped around your situation
Courses provide structure and knowledge. Coaching provides something different: a space to apply that knowledge to your specific situation, to ask the questions that do not fit neatly into a module, and to think out loud with someone who has seen many starting businesses navigate similar terrain.
A coaching session is not a lecture. You bring your questions, your draft plans, your uncertainties. The conversation moves at your pace, focuses on your priorities and produces concrete next steps you can take immediately after the session ends.
Sessions are available both in person in Arnhem and remotely, making them accessible wherever you are in the Netherlands.
What you can bring to a session
Coaching sessions are flexible. Common focus areas include the following, though sessions are never limited to a fixed agenda.
Business Plan Review
Bring your draft business plan and work through it section by section. Identify gaps, question assumptions and strengthen the parts that need more clarity.
Rate Setting
Work through how to set a rate that covers your costs, reflects your value and is competitive in your market. Including tax implications for zzp'ers.
Client Acquisition
Discuss approaches to finding your first clients, structuring proposals and building a pipeline that is appropriate for a solo or small operation.
Administrative Setup
Get clear on what you need to have in place administratively. KvK, BTW-nummer, invoicing, expense tracking. Practical and specific to your situation.
Marketing Direction
Identify which marketing actions are most appropriate for your stage, your budget and your audience. Avoid spending energy on channels that do not fit your situation.
General Orientation
Sometimes the most valuable session is an open conversation about where you are, what your options are and what your next logical step might be. These sessions are always welcome.
From first contact to your session
Contact Us
Use the contact form to describe what you would like to discuss. Include any relevant context about your business or your current situation.
Schedule
We confirm availability and agree on a date, time and format. In person in Arnhem or via video call. Both work equally well.
Prepare
Bring any documents, drafts or questions you want to work through. The more specific you can be, the more productive the session will be.
Session & Follow-up
The session produces a clear list of next steps. You leave with actions, not just ideas. Follow-up sessions are available as needed.
